Mike is incredible! I have 3 pinball machines that all had problems, some major, some minor (2 games were basically unplayable due to issues). Mike was easy to schedule with and showed up promptly at the agreed upon time. Mike not only has a great personality, but is also the most knowledgeable person I have encountered in reference to my machines. He fixed all my machines in what I would consider a more than reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Mike to anyone that needs work on games, he's awesome. I now know exactly who to call when I break them again!

Mike came to do a much-needed R&R on my 20 year old Bally Dr. Dude pinball machine. It hadn't been worked on in more than a decade and had dead banks of back-lights, rubbers from the dinosaur era, corroded connectors, mis-matched screws and bumpers, many many burned out lights, filthy dirty playing field, etc. When he left it looks and plays like a new machine! Besides being very comfortable and competent with the technology of the era, Mike is a nice guy, loves these machines, and enjoys working on them. I would recommend him to anyone needing work done on a pinball machine. Thanks for making this game as fun to play as the day it was built!

A++ for prompt and courteous response. A+++ for knowledge and ability to renew our old pinball machine. Raven was purchased for hubby's 50th birthday. Over time, different aspects of the game quit working. Flash forward 20 years. With the help from google we found Mike and his company. The machine acts brand new. We are so pleased.
